American Art Collector Magazine, April 2010
The April issue of American Art Collector has a special sculpture section and several pieces of my work are featured, including a small inset photo on the cover (upper right hand corner). I'm elated to get this kind of exposure, and hope there are a few appreciative art collectors subscribing!

I usually work in graphite but got the urge to take out a charcoal pencil recently. Feels a lot different, but a nice change. I may try a few more. Didn't actually have a levitating model, used photo reference for the basic pose and just made some of it up.

Another drawing from the Weds night life drawing session. A bit more literal, but I still "optimized" for a more youthful appearance.

Went to a local life drawing session last night. The model wasn't exactly "youthful," and she was wearing a nightgown and robe on top of it. So aside from her head and hands, it was more a drapery drawing session. So I exercised some artistic license, aged her down and drew an undraped version, using the model for gesture only.
